Kansas City Fiber and Weavers Guilds
At their Creative Hand 25th Anniversary Show and Sale, the Kansas City Fiber and Weavers Guilds shared a portion of sales profits with several charitable organizations including CERF+. CERF+ recieved a generous gift of $500.
Over $1,200 was raised by the Roswell Art Center West for CERF+ during their "Works in Clay Show." Donated works from instructors and students were sold and Debra Fritts and A.J. Argentina collaborated on a piece that was auctioned during the sale. Judy Shreve of Mountain House Studios helped organize the event and wrote to CERF+, "This has been a great experience for all of us involved. It was nice letting folks know about CERF+ and the good works you do."

Mixed media artist, Melissa Roberts of New Orleans, has pledged to donate 15% of her Etsy shop sales that take place between October 10 – 31, 2007 to CERF+. Visit Melissa’s shop by clicking on her name above.
Funds were raised for CERF+ at the Louisiana Crafts Guild Marketplace during the last weekend of August 2007. The Marketplace was held in conjunction with the World Cultural Economic Forum.
At their June 2007 conference in Kansas City, the Surface Design Association held an auction of members’ donated work and shared 10% of the profits with CERF+.
Ray Jones Woodcrafts donated a percentage of its first quarter sales of boxes made from wood salvaged from trees that fell during Hurricane Wilma. Ray Jones’ contribution of $950 was a boost to CERF+’s Disaster Relief Fund.
In May 2007 funds were raised for CERF+ at the Wholesalecrafts ACRE show in Las Vegas, Nevada. Exhibitors paid a fee to have the services of a masseuse and those funds – $460 – were donated to CERF+.
Several employees at Rings & Things in Spokane, Washington who participate in a voluntary payroll deduction plan selected CERF+ as the beneficiary of their contributions. Their contributions were matched by Rings & Things for a total donation of $1,000.
The Fuller Craft Museum in Brockton, Massachusetts placed a donation box dedicated to CERF+ in the Thomas Mann ‘Storm Cycles’ exhibition and sold Mann’s limited edition CERF+ charm and CERF+ note cards in their gift shop raising a total of $773.
Clayart, a very active ceramic list serve, conducted a silent auction of platters donated by Clayart members at the opening of their exhibition at Gallery Janjobe, raising $1,010 for CERF+.
Festival Networking Conference
For a second year in a row Camille and Bill Ronay, owners of A Step Ahead, Ltd and organizers of the Festival Networking Conference, ran a very successful silent auction benefiting CERF+. A total of $1508 was raised.
Attendees of the February 2007 Alabama Clay Conference sent CERF+ a gift of $1375.

Several members of ACGA donated to CERF+ via their annual dues renewal drive.
