Atlanta, Georgia-based Routerbits.com offered a "woodworker" bumper sticker for sale on their website and sent the proceeds to CERF+.
For the second year in a row, the Alabama Clay Conference raised funds for CERF+. At their Conference #23 raffle ticket sales raised $946 for CERF+. Regional vendors donated prizes, including a gas kiln as the grand prize, generously donated by Olympic Kilns in Atlanta.
At The American Craft Show in Baltimore, CEO of The Guild, Lisa Bayne, presented CERF+ with a check for $6411. The donation was the result of The Guild’s pledge to contribute a portion of every sale through December 31, 2007, from the November mailings of its Holiday 2007 Artful® Gifts catalogs.
The Kentucky Arts Council extended the opportunity to CERF+ to facilitate and be the beneficiary of a silent auction at the March Kentucky Crafted show in Louisville, Kentucky. Exhibitors donated items to the silent auction which raised just over $2700 for CERF+. CERF+ board member Brent Skidmore and Special Projects Coordinator for the Kentucky Arts Council Vallorie Henderson worked closely to make the event a big success.
