CERF provides a voice for craft artists in government and public policy issues relating to emergency relief, readiness, and sustaining a career in the arts. CERF builds partnerships and alliances with other organizations and conducts research targeted at achieving a better understanding of the challenges faced by professional artists and to assist them in removing obstacles to the success of their careers and businesses.
